1. Strategic onboardingFirst, we take the time to understand your context.
We define the objectives of your training and the environment in which it will be deployed. We assess your existing infrastructure—your distribution channels, internal communication systems, and any relevant processes—to ensure the solution integrates seamlessly. This allows us to design a tailored rollout strategy, implement effective feedback loops, and ensure the training delivers measurable impact.
2. Project scope definition
Building on our initial discussions, we define the scope of your project together. This includes identifying key stakeholders, discussing your preferred language and expressions, and outlining any additional components such as embedded quizzes or global subtitles. At the end of this meeting we will send you a full project scope report with outlines of the training, a calendar of deadlines and the final pricing. Our approach is flexible, allowing us to adjust key parameters to accommodate a wide range of budgets without compromising on impact.
3. Content DesignThis is where the training takes shape.
Our team begins by developing the script, working from the core essence of the topic and structuring it into clear modules. Once we have a solid basis, we will strategically rework the content to ensure a seamless flow that captures attention and maintains it throughout. Your team will be invited to review and validate the scripts before we move on to production, ensuring full alignment with your objectives and standards.
4. Preview ProductionWe deliver the first episode
Once the scripts and creative direction are approved, we move into preview production—filming and editing a preview of the content to bring the training to life.
5. Full ProductionThe full training program is produced
We will then produce a first complete version of the training, ready for review with key stakeholders within your organization. We will incorporate your feedback through a structured revision process using Frame.io before delivering the final version, fully polished and ready for rollout.
6. Delivery
Once the training is approved, we will finalize any additional services such as subtitles, multilingual versions, or localization. After this the training will be ready for final delivery, in your preferred format—whether as a video playlist or a SCORM package—ready for seamless integration into your existing systems.
7. Monitoring
Understanding how your teams engage with training is essential to maximizing its impact. In line with our initial discussions, we will support you in setting up effective monitoring processes to track engagement, retention, and overall performance. These insights and KPIs provide valuable feedback to continuously optimize your training approach equipping you with data and learnings that will benefit your future programs, whether you choose to work with us again or not.
